Microsoft Excel I is designed to be an introductory course to using the basic features of Microsoft Excel 2013. Some of the topics covered include the functions of the different menu ribbons in Excel, creating a spreadsheet, formatting a spreadsheet, manipulating data, writing formulas, sorting and filtering data, a few basic functions (SUM, AVERAGE, MIN, MAX), and how to create a basic chart.
Users who are already familiar with the basic features of Excel l may want to proceed directly to the Microsoft Excel II class.
