2020 Dirac Lectures: Hitoshi Murayama

As part of the 2020 Dirac Lectures series, Hitoshi Murayama, professor in the Department of Physics at the University of California, Berkeley and the founding director of the Kavli Institute for Physics and Mathematics of the Universe at the University of Tokyo, will present lectures on “From inflationary universe to primordial gravitational waves" from 3 – 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 22, and 1 – 2:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23.

The Florida State University Department of Physics will host the 2020 Dirac Lectures from Oct. 19 through Oct. 23. Organizers are hosting this year’s event online through Zoom because of the coronavirus pandemic.
