Formerly known as 7 Under 30, this signature event from the Jim Moran College of Entrepreneurship returns with a fresh format and the same powerful mission: to spotlight five dynamic entrepreneurs who each started a business before the age of 30.

Join us for an afternoon of inspiration, as each speaker shares their entrepreneurial journey—the highs, the lows, and the lessons that shaped their paths. Whether you're launching your own venture or just curious about the world of entrepreneurship, this event is your chance to hear from some of the most driven young innovators out there.

Josh Orlinksy, Keynote Speaker

Chairman and CEO

Joshua Orlinsky is the Global Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Equiturn Holdings, Inc., and serves as the senior investment and execution principal at Mega Alpha Fund, Legacy Growth Fund, and MT3 Athletes Fund. He leads the firm’s global advisory and capital markets mandate set, with a focus on complex private capital solutions, high-profile structured opportunities, and transaction execution across public and private markets. 

Mr. Orlinsky has developed and led advisory and capital placement initiatives spanning mergers and acquisitions, structured equity, private credit, hybrid capital, pre IPO and secondary transactions, strategic capital raises, and special situations, with sector exposure including technology, infrastructure, sports and entertainment, real assets, financial services, and complex cross-border opportunities. He has led and structured transactions and mandates tied to the NBA, NFL, F1, MLS, MLB, NHL, the Premier League, La Liga, and Serie A, alongside high profile private organization deals including the TikTok U.S. bid, Las Vegas NBA expansion, Aston Martin Racing, SpaceX, OpenAI, xAI, Anthropic, ByteDance, Bugatti, Lamborghini, and Porsche. With a swimming scholarship taking her from Maine to Florida State University, Abbie’s journey from athlete to entrepreneur is one she never imagined. Now married with three kids, you can find Abbie online, at GT Stitchery in Miami, Florida, or traveling (with her embroidery machines in tow!) stitching around the world!

 

 

Gabriel Curtis

CEO & Founder

Gabriel Curtis is a Florida State University alumnus and former Seminole cross-country and track & field athlete who learned early that meaningful progress is built one step at a time. While at FSU, Gabriel developed a disciplined, growth-oriented mindset shaped by high-level competition and a defining season that clarified his commitment to pursuing work aligned with purpose.

He is the founder and CEO of Insight Studios Productions, a marketing company with a foundation in video production, created to help entrepreneurs and mission-driven organizations clearly communicate their vision and create impact. The company began during his time at Florida State in a season marked by focus, sacrifice, and long-term belief. Today, Insight Studios works with national brands, nonprofits, and local businesses, empowering leaders to turn ideas into action through strategic storytelling.

 

 

Nile Lawrence-Stample
NLS Cleaning
President

Nile Lawrence-Stample is a South Florida native whose athletic journey began with soccer, but it was football that ultimately won his heart. A scholarship led him to Florida State University, where he experienced the pinnacle of college football—winning the 2014 National Championship and competing in the inaugural College Football Playoff. While excelling on the field, Nile also focused on his future beyond the game, majoring in Social Science with a minor in Marketing. His time at FSU helped shape both his competitive mindset and his growing passion for business and entrepreneurship.

After a brief stint with the Cleveland Browns, Nile transitioned into life after football and found his calling in Jacksonville, Florida. He founded NLS Cleaning, a successful residential and commercial pressure-washing company known for its outstanding customer service and strong community presence. Balancing business ownership with family life, Nile enjoys spending time with his amazing wife and children. 

 

 

Megan Lore
Muracha Match South
Founder/CEO, Founder

Megan Lore is a former agency founder who spent eight years building and scaling an influencer marketing firm for consumer and lifestyle brands. In parallel, she also built Match South, a niche lifestyle and gifting brand centered around vintage matchbooks and golf culture. Through this work, Megan developed a deep understanding of how modern brands are built — by emphasizing community, storytelling, and trust — while also growing a highly engaged personal audience that drives over six figures in consumer purchases each month.

Today, Megan is focused on building Muracha, a premium Japanese matcha company rooted in sourcing, design, and elevating the at home experience. She is currently completing a fundraising round and preparing for a May direct-to-consumer launch.

 

 

Josh O'Conner
RennWorks Outdoors
Founder

Josh O’Conner is the founder and owner of RennWorks Outdoors in Amelia Island, Florida. Josh graduated Summa cum laude from Florida State University in 2013 with his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Certificates in Entrepreneurship and Urban & Regional planning. In 2014, Josh graduated from Florida State with his Master’s Degree in Accounting with a focus in taxation. Upon graduating from Florida State, Josh began his career at Deloitte Tax in the Jacksonville, FL office. While at Deloitte, Josh passed his CPA exam and obtained his CPA license. Josh resigned from Deloitte in 2017 and launched RennWorks, LLC in early 2018, which led to the opening of RennWorks Outdoors in 2019. Josh has worked with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to help develop sustainable fishing regulations for the Northeast Florida region. Josh is active in helping with many local and regional fishing tournaments that benefit the community and he is active in his local Baptist church.
