The Florida State University School of Theatre is proud to present "9 to 5: The Musical" at the Fallon Theatre. Based on the classic film starring Lily Tomlin, Jane Fonda and Dolly Parton, "9 to 5: The Musical" first appeared on Broadway in 2009. In addition to the original hit song “9 to 5,” the musical features a new score with music and lyrics by Dolly Parton.

Pushed to the boiling point, three coworkers concoct a plan to get even with their sexist, egotistical, lying, hypocritical boss. Violet, Judy and Doralee live out their wildest dreams: giving their boss the boot, sticking it to “the Man,”and giving their workplace a makeover that proves the future is female.
