Today’s classroom is more diverse and multicultural than ever. While diversity provides opportunities, it can also come with some challenges. Improving your cultural intelligence not only empowers you to move in and among cultures, it enables you to respond with empathy and authenticity to differences from a place of compassion and understanding. Cultural intelligence enables you to be successful in a wide range of settings and with a wide range of students. Come expand your world to the world of refugees, immigrants and new arrivals and learn how to expand their world too.
