Systematic Reviews & Covidence: An Introduction

Thursday, June 11, 2026 2:00pm to 3:15pm EDT

Virtual Event Free Event

Systematic reviews, scoping reviews, and other types of evidence synthesis are becoming increasingly prevalent in various disciplines to inform policy-making, support practice, or draw more generalizable conclusions from the research. In this session, learn about different review types, what it takes to conduct a quality review, and how the FSU Libraries can help.

The workshop will help you build a toolbox of resources for your evidence synthesis project by providing guidance on database selection, searching basics, and an introduction to Covidence, an article screening software.

Please contact this QEP's instructor, Jules Bailey, if you have questions about workshop content.

You MUST use your FSU email account to access this workshop through Zoom. Please ensure that your Zoom app is up to date before the workshop.  Check-in ends 10 minutes after the scheduled start time and late arrivals will not be admitted.
