#accessabilityYoga means union of BODY-MIND-SPIRIT. It is an ancient system of asana (yoga postures) which was developed to create the right mind, breathing, postures, movement, and relaxation. This class will focus on proper technique and safety, physical health and mental wellbeing. Combine body postures, breathing techniques, and focus while increasing balance and flexibility. For all fitness and ability levels! Part of AccessAbility Week, the annual disability awareness week brought to you by the Student Disability Resource Center.
