Accordion Around the World by Hanzhi Wang

Enjoy a performance and interact with Hanzhi Wang, world-renowned accordionist, on Tuesday, October 16, from 4:30-6:00 p.m. in The Globe Auditorium. As a graduate of the Central Conservatory of China and the Royal Danish Academy of Music in Copenhagen, Hanzhi Wang’s career has already taken her around the globe with performances in Europe, America and Asia. 

Join us for a reception with refreshments at 4:30 p.m. The performance will begin at 5 p.m. This event counts toward the Global Citizenship Certificate as an educational intercultural event.*

This event is open to the public and held in collaboration with Opening Nights at Florida State University whose mission is to engage our university, local, and global communities in creative experiences. Opening Nights 2018–19 season lineup boasts artists from 11 different countries, representing dance, music, comedy, theatre, spoken word and a spectrum of music genres.
