A practicing DUI attorney will be speaking to students and faculty about the law surrounding DUIs. He will discuss what a DUI is considered under Florida law, his experience with law enforcement concerning DUI stops, and whether he believes the law should be changes. Furthermore, he will be discussing the penalties of DUIs. Alongside the attorney, we hope to also welcome a member of law enforcement. They will be there to provide the technical background of how DUI testing is done and provide insight from a non-attorney on whether Florida DUI law should or should not be changed.
