Mr. Wagman is a California lawyer with a nationwide practice focusing on all aspects of animal law, who also teaches animal law at three Bay Area law schools. Mr. Wagman has been heavily involved in the “Egg Wars” over laws enacted in California that have changed the way hens in egg production must be housed, and the resulting litigation challenges from various quarters.
