At the FSU Choral Ensemble Camp, vocalists have the opportunity to study and sing in an environment designed to provide ensemble experience with personal attention. Campers work with FSU faculty in a large choir and a variety of small ensembles, as well as take classes which focus on sight reading, theory, diction, and repertoire. Campers will also take two daily elective classes allowing them to explore something new such as diction, conducting, or choral theory.
All students will take part in at least two public performance; the final concert and a small ensembles performance which ends with a music-theatre style finale performance - a dancing and singing extravaganza! A Solo Recital is also available to a limited number of campers by audition.
Campers can attend as Day Campers or Overnight Campers. In the evenings, students will participate in choral rehearsals and recreational activities. Learn more by visiting our website.
