Cosa Excavations 2020 Early Info Session

Cosa Excavations, a joint project of Florida State University and Bryn Mawr College, will open applications to undergraduate students who are interested in participating in an archaeological dig on the scenic west coast of Italy.  The project runs from May 30th to June 30th, 2020.  Current excavations focus on the investigation of a Roman bath complex, where there are both interesting architectural remains and artifacts.  No previous experience is necessary to apply.  The cost is $3,000 which covers housing for the season, meals Monday through Friday, and group weekend trips to other archaeological sites.  Travel to and from Italy, individual weekend trips, and weekend food is not covered.  This project does not provide academic credit.  To learn more, please join us at the Early Info Session!  In the meantime, you can find us at http://www.cosaexcavations.org/ or contact Assistant Directors Allison Smith (aesmith3@fsu.edu) and Ann Glennie (ag11g@my.fsu.edu).
