The Creative Coping Studio offers 2 different workshops: Mindful Art and a Creative Coping Art Activity.
During the 30 minute Mindful Art, learn how to blend the benefits of Mindfulness with art, movement, music, or other creative processes.
During the 60 minute Creative Coping Art Activity, learn how to utilize art making and creative processes to enhance coping with life’s stressors.
