D& I Core Session 3 - Cultural Competence in Teaching & Research
This workshop will focus on the theoretical basis for multicultural competence.  During the session participants will explore oppression, its effects on the college community and the overall FSU experience.  Participants will use case studies and small group exercises to learn and apply relevant theories to current challenges related to diversity in higher education.  This course counts toward the Diversity & Inclusion Certificate Series.
