Dean's Day is Alpha Epsilon Delta’s (AED) signature annual event, designed to provide pre-health students with direct access to medical school leadership. Each year, AED welcomes Deans and admissions representatives from multiple medical schools, including both MD and DO programs, from across the state and the country.

This event gives students the opportunity to receive firsthand insight into the medical school admissions process, expectations for applicants, and the qualities that schools look for in strong candidates.

The structure of the event is intentionally designed to encourage conversation, create space for genuine interaction, and allow students to ask informed questions about their future paths.

Deans Day provides a unique opportunity to engage directly with decision-makers in medical education. Students will leave with a clearer understanding of how to prepare competitive applications, how to present themselves authentically, and how to strategically plan their academic and professional journeys.

Registration is required to attend. Students who register by January 9th will receive a guaranteed lunch.
