About this Event
We will be tabling at the Integration Statue Monday, January 31 from 10 am-3 pm, Thursday, February 3 from 10 am-5 pm, Friday, February 4 from 10 am-3 pm. At these tables, we will tell students about our organization, as well as promote our raffle. We will be raffling off gift cards that local businesses have provided for us to raffle off. We will ask for donations at the table, however, in doing this raffle, we will not require a price for a ticket into the raffle and everyone will have an equal chance at the raffle no matter their donation amount. We will collect everyone's name and contact information at the table. To choose a winner, we will enter all the names in a generator and allow the generator to "pull" a name. We will then contact the winners and figure out the best way to get the gift card to them. This money will go towards our organization (most likely all of the money will go towards our service trip funds). These dates and times have already been approved through the EMS website.
