Our organization would like to have our officers have a table at the integration statue from 11/19/22 - 12/03/22. At this table, we would like to tell students about our organization as well as sell candy bags with prepackaged candy in them. The candy will not be homemade but will be store-bought and prepackaged. The candy for this event will be bought by our officers and will not need any funding from FSU. The money we raise from selling these candy bags will go towards our organization and will be used to reimburse the officers that paid for the candy out of their own pocket. We are hoping to raise awareness about our organization and maybe even gain some new members by doing this. We have also already requested reservations for our dates and times at the integration statue table 4. We are just awaiting our event proposal approval.
