In this interactive training, participants will learn best practices for designing and implementing appointment and messaging campaigns in the Campus Connect platform. Attendees will also learn how to assess the effectiveness of their campaigns through the evaluation of campaign-specific metrics.

How to Enroll
    • Please go to my.fsu.edu and log in with your FSUID and password
    • Navigate to HR > Learning and Development > Request Training Enrollment
    • Search using the course name or course number (CCDOC)
