Dialogue Across Distance: Will you tell me more about that?

When getting involved is complicated
How can we learn to resist our own assumptions of simplicity in other people’s simple language? How can we learn to see complexity in otherwise direct and declarative statements: "I'm happy," "I'm sad," "I like [insert thing here]," "I support/don't support [insert thing here]."? This session will discuss ways to invite both ourselves and others into conversation and relationship for the purpose of mutual and community learning!
