Federal Legislative History

Register by October 5 at 8 am.

In this virtual workshop (available on Monday, Oct 5 at 8 am), you will learn about the federal legislative documents often used by attorneys and courts in determining intent or clarifying vague statutory language.  This session will explore various tools for locating compiled histories and specific documents. Quiz due by October 12 at 8AM. This workshop provides credit for Practice-Ready Research certificate.
