Join the FSU Arabic Program, the FSU Middle East Center, and the FSU Department of Modern Languages and Linguistics for a virtual cooking session in honor of International Education Month. Chef Jesse will demonstrate how to make fattet jaaj, a dish from the time of pharoahs that incorporates layers of spiced meat, yogurt and toasted pita. Enjoy the demo and make notes for later or cook right along with the chef.
