Free EventPlease join us for Puccini’s classic tale of six Parisian denizens living the bohemian lifestyle in La Bohéme. Hear the classic love themes of poet Rodolfo and seamstress Mimí, and the fiery Musetta’s famous waltz she uses to flirt with her painter love Marcello. Enjoy the mischievous renaissance man Schaunard and the ever serious academic Colline as they spin tales of the fun-loving and sometimes tragic life on the fringes between sheer poverty and abundant riches. Florida State Opera will perform this opera November 1, 2, 3 and 4 in Ruby Diamond Concert Hall.
A pre-opera lecture will be presented one hour prior to curtain in Westcott 060.

Tickets are available in the College of Music Box Office, 645-7949. Reserved seating: $20; Seniors /non-FSU students $15; FSU students $10 with valid ID.
IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION
The Opperman Music Parking Lot will be open for patron drop off, but parking will be limited due to construction. Patrons will be able to access Opperman Music Hall lobby through the West entrance from the OMH parking lot. The East entry (closest to Copeland St.) is also available for entry and for accessible entry (patron elevator) in the Calloway Courtyard between the music buildings. The sidewalk from the OMH parking lot to the East entry is now open, so if an accessible entry is needed patrons may be dropped off either in the Opperman Lot or come from Copeland Street to proceed to the elevator. Please do not go beyond construction barriers or onto the Terrace due to the presence of construction materials and unsafe walking conditions.
