This student-centered program was designed to increase awareness and appreciation of the cultural diversity on our campus. You can enjoy this unique experience in the Globe Dining Room for just $8 per plate. Cash or check only.

Chicken Afritada
Chicken stew with a tomato-based sauce including bell peppers, carrots, potatoes, green peas, and hotdog pieces, served with garlic rice (Vegetarian option available)

Pancit Bihon
Stir-fry thin noodles mixed with soy sauce, citrus, and various chopped vegetables

Adobong Kangkong
Water spinach simmered with soy sauce, vinegar and garlic

Ube Puto
Steamed rice cake made with rice flour and ube flavor

Calamansi fruit juice, water, and sugar
