The Global Citizenship Certificate prepares undergraduate students for the new challenges of living and working in an increasingly globalized world through a combination of academic courses and intercultural experiences. 

Enrolled students must take Global Perspectives, the certificate's required course that explores global issues and helps build intercultural competencies; choose three elective courses from an approved list of 500+ liberal studies courses; attend eight intercultural events; and complete one sustained intercultural experience domestically or abroad.
