Navigating the Policies, Procedures, and Nuances of Faculty/Graduate Assistant Classifications and Employment.  This unique format provides the HR Faculty Relations and Department Representative perspective for completing HR duties in the department specific to academic employees (faculty and graduate assistants). The session will cover faculty and graduate assistant classifications, appointments and recruitment, pay practices/compensation, union requirements, contracts, and leave. This independent course does not require participation in the previous HR Bootcamp sessions.
