About this Event
The Center for Leadership & Service Book Club aims to offer all students the opportunity to learn, reflect, and discuss leadership from all angles and perspectives.
Being a leader starts with diving deeper into understanding who we are as an individual, how our values align with what we stand for, educating ourselves, and then how we decide to take all we have learned and put it into action.
We hope that the book club can offer a space where this exploration can take place and participants can leave with a newfound understanding of themselves as leaders who can contribute to the world around them.
Materials, including a reading guide, will be provided at no cost to students who register. The first 10 students to sign up will receive a free hardback edition of the book that can be picked up at the introductory meeting.
The book club will meet on Wednesdays from 11:30 a.m.- 1 p.m. on the following dates: Jan. 21 (Introduction and material pick up), Feb. 11, Mar. 4, Mar. 25, Apr. 22.
