During this session, we will be discussing the different digital text analysis methods for doing large scale research on documents. We will conduct some exploratory analysis using Voyant, Google NGrams and the HathiTrust Research Center, discussing the limitations of each tool. The session will include discussion of how to prepare texts for analysis, build a corpus, and analyze results.
