About this Event
1300 Jackson Bluff Rd, Tallahassee, FL
This course is applicable to supervisors and mid to upper level managers at FSU.
Smart leaders know that they would greatly increase productivity and innovation if only they could get everyone fully engaged. So do professors, facilitators and all change agents. When you feel included and engaged, do you do a better job? Do you think teams in which people work well together produce much better results? Have you noticed the best ideas often come from unexpected sources? Do you want to work at the top of your intelligence and give the same opportunity to others? The challenge is how.
Liberating Structures are novel and practical methods to help you accomplish this goal with groups of any size. This 3-hour workshop will immerse participants in several alternate approaches that are designed to replace or complement conventional practices of how people work together. Past participants say: “No time or moment was wasted. …new ways to interact with co-workers.” “I came away with usable tools. I plan to send a few of my staff to future sessions.”
