The Mid-Manager's Institute is a cohort model professional development experience hosted by the Division of Student Affairs. The program offers mid-level staff an opportunity to develop professional skills and relationships that empower them to make a positive impact on the people and programs they work with. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from seasoned Student Affairs professionals and their colleagues. The Mid-Managers’ Institute is designed for staff with at least five years of full-time professional experience whom have worked at Florida State University for at least one full year and have approval from their supervisor.
