Trains HR representatives how to successfully manage and administer the OMNI recruiting module for faculty and staff. Participants will learn how to create a job opening, review applicant data, record interview evaluations and disposition codes, and complete a pre-employment checklist and job offer. Course counts toward HR Department Representative Certificate.
