Open Scholars Project: Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in Open Access

The Open Scholars Project is an informal forum to learn about and discuss developments in open access. The group will allow FSU researchers and scholars to share experiences with open publishing, code and data across subject areas. We aim to create a group that is also action-oriented and supportive in bringing faculty, post-docs and graduate students together. The group will hold monthly virtual meetings in Fall 2021.

In October we will have a critical discussion about the opportunities and inequalities that accompany open access publishing's global impact. We will also be celebrating international Open Access Week which occurs in the month of October every year.
