On Friday, October 6 at 12:30 p.m. in the Rotunda, our Raising the Bar program and EASL are joining to present the first Professionalism in Practice event: A Career in Sports & Entertainment featuring Ben Odom, VP of business and legal affairs for NASCAR. Prior to assuming the position in 2020, Odom was vice president and deputy general counsel for International Speedway Corporation. He began with ISC in 2006. Odom graduated from FSU College of Law in 2004 and earned a B.S. from Florida State University in Communications and Political Science in 2001. Don’t miss this opportunity to hear about his career and advise for students interested in careers in sports, entertainment, and business.
