The purpose of this monthly series is to bring FSU REDCap users together to learn what’s new, how others are using REDCap, answer general project questions and provide examples of best practices. We are delighted to have guest speakers at each virtual meeting to present their project and use cases of REDCap.

ITS Migration

REDCap is moving to ITS! Specific discussion items include:

• What to expect
• Steps to migrate your projects and manage collaborators
• Overview of the required ITS REDCap Migration Inquiry Survey (sending out on June 26)

Mosio Integration

Mosio is a new service that researchers can add to their REDCap projects to communicate more efficiently with participants the way they prefer (via text messages/SMS). For more information, refer to https://www.mosio.com/redcap. Specific discussion items include:

• How to get Mosio into your REDCap project
• Associated costs
• Troubleshooting tips
• Migration impact if Mosio is already in use in your project(s)
