The Saturday Morning Physics program introduces local high school students and community members to current topics in the physical sciences. This week's session features FSU physics professors Sergio Almaraz-Calderon and Jeremiah Murphy, to discuss “Supernova and Nuclear Astrophysics.” The event, which is free and open to the public, will take place from 9:30 to 11:15 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 14, at the Richards Undergraduate Physics Laboratory, Room 101.
