The Seminole Minority Leadership Institute is a Fall 6-week program curated by BSU designed to build & enhance future leaders. Students are introduced to various skill sets & components crucial to succeeding in the professional world. Students participate in a series of workshops, gain personal insight from esteemed guest speakers, & are selectively partnered with a mentor to help facilitate their journey upon completion of the program. The goal of this event is to educate students on a variety of concepts with regard to professional development. We will help participants develop interviewing, networking, and branding skills.
