Join us on Landis Green on November 18 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for a Food Distribution and Awareness Event dedicated to supporting students facing food insecurity.

This event is co-sponsored by the Food for Thought Pantry, FL PIRG, and the Sophomore Class Council. Together, we aim to provide free food resources and valuable information on where students can access meals and support on and off campus.

With changes to programs like SNAP, this initiative is especially important to ensure that no student goes without proper nourishment. Attendees will learn about available food assistance programs, community resources, and opportunities to get involved in combating food insecurity.

In addition to receiving resources, participants can volunteer with the Food for Thought Pantry to help with setup and distribution—promoting teamwork, service, and community spirit. This event emphasizes inclusivity, compassion, and connection, reinforcing that at WSU, we take care of one another.
