This one-day workshop is geared toward NEW departmental staff that work with sponsored projects and will follow a sponsored project from the awarded contract or grant through the closeout process. It is largely a hands-on workshop that will include Uniform Guidance, Financial Management of projects, Cost Sharing, Re-budgeting, Subaward Risk Assessment/Monitoring, and Project Closeout.  Each participant will have their own computer to follow along with the demonstrations.  The information and activities will be geared toward employees that have little to no experience working on sponsored projects.
