The Trial team will host our spring tryouts. Here, we allow 1Ls and 2Ls to present their oral advocacy and presentation skills before the Trial Team. Students prepare statements that encapsulate their grasp of litigation techniques, such as storytelling, simplifying difficult legal concepts, and presenting a logical argument. The tryouts also serve as a platform for students to understand better non-legal litigation techniques, such as confident public speaking skills and deliberate use of positioning. Publix will be served to participants, guests, and judges.
