FSU Law's American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), Association for Criminal Justice (ACJ), Trial Team, and Student Bar Association (SBA) are excited to present a panel discussion featuring the Tallahassee Bail Fund. Join us from 12:30 - 1:30 pm in Room 102 as Dr. Hannah Schwadron and her colleagues discuss the work they do to assist individuals with bail, mental health, housing resources, and more. The organization will also discuss a recent lawsuit, filed on its behalf by the ACLU of Florida, asserting that the Florida bail system violates the Eighth Amendment. Wings, sandwiches, and desserts from Publix will be served!
