About this Event
The Big Event Tallahassee is the largest student-led service organization in Tallahassee, uniting hundreds of students from Florida State University, Florida A&M University, and Tallahassee State College. Our mission is to promote campus and community cohesion through service-oriented events designed to benefit the Tallahassee community. Recognizing the vital support provided by residents, businesses, and organizations to the three campuses, we aim to offer students from FSU, FAMU, and TSC an opportunity to express their gratitude through community service.
During The Little and Big Event, students will visit various nonprofit organizations, businesses, and residences throughout Tallahassee to assist with a range of needs. Common requests include, but are not limited to, raking leaves, weeding, planting flowers, mulching, cleaning gutters, painting (both interior and exterior), dusting, sweeping/mopping, window washing, and general spring cleaning.
Joining your friends and team to volunteer at our events is an unforgettable experience that combines happiness, fulfillment, and the love of teamwork. We hope to see you there!
