UCC Workshop - Resilient Mind

The Resilient Mind is a six series training workshop comprised of various topics focusing on happiness and resilience. These courses provide students information and skills on how to use what is presented in the workshops to help manage emotions and increase resiliency.

This workshop is offered weekly at 2pm.

Topics include: Resilience, Exercise and Staying Active, Mindful Eating, Discover Your Signature Strengths, Gratitude Attitude, and Humor and Play.
