University Symphony Orchestra (UMA) - Live Streamed

The FSU College of Music is pleased to present the University Symphony Orchestra in a Spring Tour preview concert at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, February 29, in Ruby Diamond Concert Hall. This preview concert kicks off a week-long tour of the east coast, with performances at the University of Georgia at Athens, Wake Forest University, and the renowned Music Center at Strathmore near Washington, D.C. Titled “Spectacular Symphonic Stories," the program will include Don Juan by Richard Strauss, “Dear Matafele Painem” (a world premiere by FSU composition faculty member Clifton Callender), and Ravel’s unforgettable arrangement of Modest Mussorgsky’s Pictures at an Exhibition.

All UMA events are ticketed. Tickets are $10 for adults, $7 for seniors and non-FSU students, and free for current FSU students with a valid FSU ID.
