V-rak-ke-ce-tv Cultural Graduation

The Office of Representation, Inclusion & Student Equity, in partnership with the Center for Academic Retention & Enhancement, Student Government Association, University Housing, and the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life, is proud honor the Class of 2022 with Florida State University's V-rak-ke-ce-tv Cultural Graduation Celebration.

V-rak-ke-ce-tv (pronouced Uh-tha-gee-chee-tuh) is a Seminole Creek word that means “to honor.” This ceremony, centered on the culture of the Seminole Tribe of Florida, recognizes spring and summer graduates and the loved ones who have supported them through their collegiate journeys.

Registration is required and typically opens on a first-come, first-served basis each February. Learn more at thecenter.fsu.edu/tohonor.
