This workshop focuses on the importance of interpersonal relationships with your co-workers and how to mitigate destructive patterns they, and you, may sometimes fall into.  Symptoms of these negative workplace relationships, the role each party plays in these situations, and how to set boundaries and control your reactions will be discussed.
