Yoga 45

Yoga means union of mind, body, and spirit. This class will focus on proper technique and safety, physical health and mental well-being. Combine body postures, breathing techniques, and focus while increasing balance and flexibility. For all fitness levels! 45 minutes long Zoom Group Fitness class hosted by one of Campus Recreation's personal trainers.
